One account follows the student through three stages
The portal shows a different navigation and set of modules at each stage of the lifecycle. Use the demo stage switcher bar (visible at the top of every portal page) to jump between stages at any point, or follow the natural progression from the beginning.
Applicant workspace
The learner creates one account and immediately lands in the applicant workspace. This is where a prospective student completes and submits their application, tracks their documents, pays the application fee and reads messages from the admissions office.
How to explore this stage
The demo is pre-loaded with Amara Nkosi's partially complete application. Try uploading a document, paying the application fee, and submitting the application form to move to the next stage.

Offer & enrolment workspace
Once the admissions team approves the application, the same account transitions to the offer stage — no new login, no second portal. The student accepts or declines their offer, pays the acceptance fee, submits any outstanding documents and completes enrolment.

Student workspace
The same login now unlocks the full student workspace. The navigation expands to show all academic modules. The student number is assigned and the learner record carries the complete history from application through to the current semester.
